Robert reported that the Executive Board completed a review and revision of the Constitution and Bylaws, last updated in 2019. Revisions are intended to clarify procedures and improve accountability. Members were encouraged to review the proposed revisions on the club website prior to the May meeting, where changes will be presented for membership approval.
